A round created sapphire (approx. 5mm) drops from the earring and is prong-set in the center of a pavé-set, round white stone (approx. 1.5mm) frame. A bar-set, white tapered baguette (approx. 3x2x1.5mm) and more pavé-set, round white stones (approx. 1.3 and 1.5mm) accent atop the drop.
