I agree, this pendant is prettier in person that it looks in the picture. I ordered it because I love black onyx, and I'm glad I did. It's somewhat unusual in that the stone is off-center, but that makes it visually interesting. The stone is a very good size and shows up well. This pendant won't be for everyone because of its size, but it will certainly show up well with a scoop or v-neck top.

I am not a big Technibond fan, so I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked this pendant. The filigree gives it a slight vintage look plus giving the bold stone a feminine touch.

It looks great on a smaller diameter onyx bead necklace and omega that I already have.

An oval black onyx (approx. 23mm) in a fancy prong setting flickers with an aura of mystery at the center of this regal yellow Technibond pendant. The frame around the center stone features filigree swirl detailing. A marquise-shaped border of pear-shaped stations boasts additional filigree accenting.

Technibond jewelry is crafted from .925 sterling silver with a 40-mils-thick outside layer of 14K yellow gold.
