I have these in rose gold. I also own a slightly bigger version in solid yellow 14k. I am very impressed with these earrings. I love the button style, and they are hard to find. These are made so well, very well balanced, they sit perfectly on the ear. The color of the rose gold is perfect. You will need more supportive backs. Either the plastic discs or the really big clutch backs you can get at bead shops. I would love to see these in additional colors of gold. I want them in green gold!

The clasp is so miniature in size I could not even try these on. Maybe it works for a barbie doll. Straight back they go!!!

Guess you love em or you hate em. I got platinum and the finish is fine, as is the size and weight-not heavy/great stand alone earring. I got some dud bangles a few yrs ago that went all tarnishy/sometimes it's hit & miss w/Technibond.
