My necklace arrived with chips broken off and in the bottom of the packaging. I also found that the necklace looked "uneven' with the graduation of stone size, Where there should have been graduating stone size from smaller in the back to larger down towards the front,,,the larger pieces were in the back and smaller ones in the front causing this necklace to lay unevenly and looked as if just anyone put it together and not a professional. Very disappointed, had to send it back.

Turquiise is one of my favorite stones and the first time I saw this necklace it really caught my attention. I love the boldness of it but yet it 's not over the top and the stones are very organic which I enjoy. I also like the cut of the stones and the matrix, it definitely makes it more appealing. Studio Barse is one of my favorite jewelry lines. It's just beautiful!

ORDERED FOR COLOR. REALLY HAVE NOTHING THIS STYLE. PRICE POINT WAS CLEARANCE, A GIVE AWAY. DO NOT REALLY CONSIDER THIS AS A PIECE FOR MY COLLECTION, JUST AN EVERYDAY PIECE. REALLY DO LOVE COLOR, JUST DOES NO HAVE AN OVERWHELMING STYLE OR COLOR. WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED IF NOT CLEARANCE, BUT WILL RECOMMEND TO ALL WHO ARE SEEKING A STURDY, GOOD MIXED COLOR AND TRUE TURQ PIECE. FAUX TURQ BEADS ARE AT THIS PRIE POINT OR HIGHER FOR THIS SIZE BEAD.

Was excited to receive this necklace but when it arrived, the stones were dark and shiney, almost as if they had been coated with polyurethane. UGH! Returned immediately. Also saw the identical necklace at a well known department store with a "special purchase" tag. Certainly was not up to the usual Base standards.

This is the Perfect size, Not to big not to small.
I love the colors in mine and was so happy I was
able to get it at Such a Clearence Price.
As for the poster who said the nuggest were small,
I dont know why that would be said., Very good size.
But Not to Huge that it looks Gawdy.
Love it as I do all my Barse

Stabilized turquoise nuggets (approx. 23x15 to 15x13mm) alternate with disc-shaped turquoise beads (approx. 13x5 to 10x3mm) to form this casually charming necklace. Polished sterling silver end beads complete the look.

About stabilized turquoise...
Moisture, skin oils and environmental factors can change the color of turquoise jewelry if left untreated. But stabilizing turquoise helps preserve the stone's normal color. Natural, mined turquoise nuggets are heated at a very low temperature for about a week, slowly drawing out moisture without damaging the texture. The stones are then placed into acrylic or polymer chemicals to replace water molecules. This stabilizes the stone and keeps its beauty and value intact.
