Necklace & bracelet came today. The first thing that impressed me was the weight of the pieces and the coldness (to the touch) of the stones (one way to tell they're genuine and not plastic). The two pieces are really substantial and would look good with a lot of wardrobe variations. The stones really shine and are so clear. Have never before seen a necklace made entirely of big topaz "beads". Looks like some crystal necklaces I've seen. The bracelet may be small for some wrists, but it fits mine with no problem. The only thing I would say that could have made an improvement on these two pieces is if they were done in 14K gold instead of silver. I realize doing jewelry in silver keeps the price down, but in terms of what would look best with stones that are a warm color like Smokey and Citrine Golden Topazes, it's gold. Silver doesn't bring out the color in warm-toned stones but mutes it. That is the only reason I gave this review four stars instead of five.

I ordered the bracelet first and was on the wait list for the necklace. I was very please with the bracelet and hoped the necklace would be just as nice - it was! I love the length of this necklace and the chameleon effect of the stones - looks good with brown, black, plums or any color. It is heavy, but this wasn't a shocker. Catches the light well. Very pleased with this purchase.

I ordered this and matching bracelet. The bracelet does not fit a 7 1/4 in. wrist, so it went back. Might have kept this, but really wanted the set, and this is just ok in my opinion, so sent it back too.

What a treat it was to open the box on this one. The stones are beautifully matched in color and the faceting is stunning. Smoky quartz can be boring -- but not here. I can't say enough to convey the beauty of this necklace and this can easily be worn with anything. A beauty at a great price.
