I ordered two of these necklaces and when I recieved them, they were BOTH broken. Was extremely disappointed that not only did HSN send them that way but also that the quality of the necklace would be in that condition. Very bad quality control. I sent them back asking to have new ones sent since I did like the stones. Hopefully I will recieve undamaged product.

I was disappointed that the necklace arrived broken in the box. I read the earlier reviews and hoped that quality control had checked the merchandise after so many people received broken necklaces. It's going back.

Seems like all of the necklaces are broken when received. Mine also were broken, nothing but a bag of beads. HSN offered an exchange for the necklace, but after reading all of the reviews I did not echange for another. I returned & I am now a little leery of buying any of the Barse jewelry.

First necklace came broken, sent back. Second necklace came and broken again!! HSN is quick for the exchange, but the product is inferior. Chinese, what else! The stones are really nice so I called again and instead of another exchange HSN gave me $15 credit and I'll restring them myself. I probably will not buy from this vendor again.
