I had the same problem with the necklace I order as Morgan had - Thank you for writing your review - I thought it was just me my necklace also had scratches and chips. Maybe some one else would not notice, but I did and for the $ amount paying for this necklace I decided to send mine back also. The stones were not well matched plus more smaller size stones then large ones. The necklace that were shown on the show (video) showed much nicer stones equally matched in color and size. Some of the stones were not centered drilled so that the stones did not line up dead center to each other.

The stones in the necklace were scratched, chipped and very striated. The color of the larger stones in the necklace were not very purple, more gray and white.I also ordered the bracelet which had nice color. Thought about exchanging necklace for another one but finally decided this look was a little too rough for my taste. Too bad it looked so pretty in the presentation sent both back.

I received this necklace a while ago, and I think that it is SO pretty! I love the weight of the peice, and I love the deep violet hues. The stones have a lot of striations, so I am praying that it will hold up forever! There are so many faux jewelry lines that charge MUCH more money for cheesy plastic pieces - i absolutely LOVE the fact that these are REAL jems at a GREAT price! Thank you so much Studio Barse!

This is my first amethyst piece and it is gorgeous! I like the raw gemstone look of it and it really shimmers. I definitely recommend it for those who love the more bohemian natural look in gemstones.
