I am disappointed in the style of the ring and the Lapis stone itself. The ring was heavy, the stone oddly shaped & a high dimension above the shank, making it a little unbalanced. For the stone, it was a dull blue, which isn't bad alone. However, it didn't have the characteristics one expects in decent lapis. It didn't have the gold colored matrix veins running through it, leaving one to wonder about the quality of these stones. The ring also didn't seem to fit right, even in the right size.

I received both colors. The malacite is by far my favorite. Great stone. The lapis shines where it is faceted. Good value.

I purchased both the Lapis & the Malacite rings. They were both pretty, however the first time I put on the Malacite, the green stone fell off. I didn't realize it's just a slice of gem stone, and only glued on. I kept the Lapis anyway & sent the Malacite back asking for a replacement. I figured it was pretty, & that wouldn't happen again, also I haven't read that anyone else had that problem. However, HSN didn't send me another, simply credited my account. No explanation.

I just recieved mine in the green stone, mine has enough shine in the piece, to bad about the other reviewers that said they got a dull stone. It is a weighty piece, but That is what I like about it. The second thing that I like is that I don't have to polish it like sterling silver, I have a box full of that already. I also picked up the large round stlye stainless steel ring to wear on the middle finger next to this one, they look great together. It's also hip and fresh looking.
