I ordered this ring and the matching pendant and really liked the style when I received them. The ring, however, arrived with one of the crystals missing. I requested a replacement. The 2nd ring arrived intact but within 1 hour of wearing it, 2 crystals fell out. I returned both the ring and the pendant because I feared the same thing would happen to the crystals in the pendant. Too bad...I really liked the style.
