The pendant is very pretty but the chain is dull. There is a bit of a contrast between the color of the pendant and the chain

I purchased this pendant with chain as a gift for my mother for Mother's Day. I was astounded by the beauty of it when I opened the simple, innocent looking box. Living in Florida, I wanted something that wouldn't wear off next to the skin, like silver overlay can do. I'm very pleased with this Stately Steel item. I'm sure my mother will love it too. She's all about hearts, while I'm a star person. But, even I would wear this if she doesn't care for it. Am not holding my breath for that".

The heart is one of my favorites. So sparkly and sturdy...However the chain that it comes on does not do it justice and looks cheesy so I simply wear it on a black silk cord and it looks very upscale classy. I am able to adjust it to any length to complement my neckline. Everyone thinks the crystals are diamonds. Don't be afraid to buy Stately Steel. I own many matching pieces with the crystals. Treat yourself to these affordable beauties.
