I got this as a reminder of my two long time loyal companion pitbulls I lost last year and the puppy sistes I adopted from a pitbull rescue for Christmas 08. Reminded me of the big paws on them as pups. I love it but, my negative is what others have said I put on 2 names in 2 of the 3 lines provided and it came back with one name and some odd mark on the 2nd line which I was not pleased with at all. It took forever to get here and has a Chicago, IL return address, I live NW of Chicago so I'm shocked at the long wait time and the failure to do what was requested on the etching request !!

The pendant is nice, which I got for my son because the paw print is used for the school mascot symbol. They only engraved his first name on it, when the instructions say you have two lines possible; but it seems it's IMPOSSIBLE for anyone to get their full engraving that they request on this pendant. I don't think I would choose the "none" as your choice, because they would probably engrave the word "none" on it....so be careful what you ask for. It's really a shame, because just a first name isn't good enough, or lack of a date on it.

I also specified to have two names engraved on my pendant (directions allowed two lines with up to eight characters each) and only received one, and they engraved it sideways so I couldn't go somewhere else and have the second name engraved. Love the pendant only disappointed by the engraving, which I will not return because by the other reviews it won't do any good.

I too ordered my pendant to have two names engraved; however, when my pendant arrived it only had my first choice name engraved on the back.. Found your instructions slightly misleading. It seemed that two names could be engraved rather than a first or second choice. Upon receipt noticed that there was insufficient space for a second name on the back. The only way you could get two names on this pendant is to put one name on the front and one name on the back. The engraving is beautiful. I love it and may order another one.

The pendant itself is perfect. The problem is the personalization. It gives you two lines for names. I entered 2 names. It came with one name. Customer service said I only entered one name. I know I entered both. I always double check. They refunded my money and told me to place a new order. I triple checked the names. It came again with only one. I give up. I requested a full refund. I'm not holding much hope of getting it.
