silver necklace. The hearty necklace's bottom portion boasts a
sophisticated, multitonal color scheme. Bright, end-capped turquoise chips
(varied; approx. 4x1 to 9x4mm) are clustered around five deeply hued globed
of lapis lazuli (approx. 12 to 16mm), bringing the monochromatic play with hue
to life.
Silver spacers introduce the arrangement to the four strands of turquoise
chips forming the remainder of the necklace. Silver end caps secure the strands,
completing the piece with a radiant gleam. Additional details of this

About stabilized turquoise... Moisture, skin oils and
environmental factors can change the color of turquoise jewelry if left
untreated. But stabilizing turquoise helps preserve the stone's normal color.
Natural, mined turquoise nuggets are heated at a very low temperature for about
a week, slowly drawing out moisture without damaging the texture. The stones are
then placed into acrylic or polymer chemicals to replace water molecules. This
stabilizes the stone and keeps its beauty and value intact.

A Lot of Workmanship / Trish, MD1/4/2008 This necklace is most unusual. I normally don''t like the "pincushion" look, but I love lapis and turquoise together, so I went ahead and ordered it. I can''t believe how much necklace this is for the price. The workmanship is outstanding. I believe it would go better with spring/summer fashions, but it is a really stunning piece. Please bring us more turquoise and lapis pieces, Jay!!

Big Blue / Debbie, AZ2/26/2007 If you like big & blue, go for this piece. The color is a winning combination of blue-blue turquoise and vivid lapis with a very unusual design. I had to wait months to finally get this necklace and it''s as pretty as the picture. Be careful though if you can''t handle a ''weighty'' piece around the neck.
