I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH THE FIRST REVIEWER...I HAVE MANY SCOOP STYLE PIECES BUT LATELY I SEEM TO BE RETURNING A LOT OF ITEMS. THIS TURTLE NECKLACE LOOKED VERY IMPRESSIVE ON T.V. BUT WHEN I GOT IT HOME MINE WAS ALSO BROKEN (IN 3 PIECES). I DEFINETELY FELT CHEATED...AND ON TOP OF IT ALL I HAD TO PAY TO SEND THE PIECE OF JUNK BACK....SCOOP LIVE UP TO YOUR PRESTIGIOUS REP, AND BRING US THE QUALITY WE EXPECT,,,,ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICES YOU CHARGE...

STOP ALREADY. THIS IS NOT WORTH $10.00. OPENED THE BOX AND IT WAS BROKEN. EVEN THOUGH THIS IS SUBSTANTIAL IN SIZE, IT IS CHEAPLY MADE. STOP OVER CHARGING YOUR CUSTOMERS HSN UNDER THE UMBRELLA OF DESIGNER MADE. WE REPLY ON YOU AND YOUR INTEGRITY.
