Are you kidding? / Karen, MI6/24/2008 In order to change the battery on this watch you have to pay to ship and insure it and send it to their service center in Texas.(Have you checked out these rates lately?) Plus, pay them another $17 on top of that. Their customer service reps insist jewelers don''t have the tools needed to take off the back, etc. You may as well buy a new watch! Too exspensive to maintain! Too bad, nice watch.
