Could be Better... Delphi139, MN Rating

After I got this, I decided that I would like it better and wear it more without the 3 glitter ball stations above the tassel. So I got out my jewelry pliers and removed the 3 glitter balls and put the tassel directly onto the chain. It is now more versatile and doesn't look like evening wear. Kind of expensive, considering the fact that I took part of it off, but I like it better this way.

Received in the mail, when I opened it the tassels started to fall off and I had not even wore it. Very Cheaply made!
