Disappointed / Pat, PA6/2/2008 I just received this and am returning it. The collar doesn''t look new and looks a lot smaller than 16".
DO NOT BOTHER / cc, CA1/4/2008 I was really excited to get this BUT WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT when I received it. It''s just too big an gauty. I usually go for the big and bold jewelry but this one does not measure to the quality mentioned.
