I couldn't believe the reviews about the tangles. They are true and it is a shame because the necklace is very pretty. They can't be fixed, so it will probably go back.

This necklace is kinked and probably will only get worse as it is worn. A huge disappointment. The quality is just non-existent, and the packaging was terrible....it was waded up in a piece of tissue paper...no wonder it was kinked. It probably happened during shipping. For this price, the piece better be perfect and it is not, so it is going back.
