When I received the necklace (first one was damaged and exchanged) there were several kinks which smoothed out fairly easily. However, it does have a tendency to kink so only 4 stars for a very versatile necklace.

I love this necklace in gunmetal. I got the matching bracelet as well. However, just as other reviewers have complained, the necklace arrived wrapped in some mutilated tissue paper in one big ball! I laid it out on my carpet, and began rearranging it as it was in a big knot! Then I put it around my neck and kept smoothing the chains with my hands. Some of the kinks seem to be coming out. There's one big kink in the longest chain that remains. Hmmmm! I'll leave it hanging long overnight to see if the situation improves (with gravity) or not!

I was disappointed and a bit suprised to receive my Gunmetal Nested Box Chain Necklace with a BUNCH of KINKS in the chains!! I LOVE the color, the weight and the design and OBVIOUSLY this is no fault of Mr. Grazizno, but HSN where is your QUALITY control?? So many of my things come as OBVIOUS returns!! I am only giving it 3 stars because of this reason- SAD and DISAPPOINTING!!
