A cushion-cut blue chalcedony is bezel-set in the center of this cushion-shaped yellow gold pendant. A frame of pavé-set, round white sapphires sparkles around the center stone, while an openwork outer frame boasts light and dark blue enamel "swirl" and "flower" designs.
