Get a better engraving company!!! / Christene, NY3/14/2007 I purchased this ring to celebrate my daughter''s birth. After waiting about 6 weeks I received the ring and the engraving is so crooked. I can''t believe they let it leave the factory that way!! Now I have to return this and who knows how long I''ll have to wait for a replacement this time. Shame on you HSN...you usually have such nice, high quality items.
how sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!1/25/2007 ordered this ring 2 weeks or three weeks before Christmas. The company stated that it might arrive late, January 3rd to be exact. I received it on January 25th..... When I opened it, I was looking for the writing. I could feel somthing; I just could not see it. I actually had to look for a magnify glass to see the engraving...I too was embarrassed to give it to my daughter..But I guess I had no choice in the matter...no returns!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don''t waste your money / Lois, NJ12/19/2006 I ordered this ring 3 weeks before my granddaughter''s 13''th birthday, it never came until 6 weeks later, when I opened the box I was so disappointed, I was hesitant to give it to her but I couldn''t return it. It is so tiny, even with my glasses on, I couldn''t read her name & birthdate, it felt like a piece of tin. I told her I owed her another present because this was so inferior.
Watch the engraving / Christene, NY7/15/2006 I really like the ring but the engraving was poorly done. After less than 2 months, I have to return this, on my dime, to have it engraved again because the name is simply wearing off (and I hardly wear the ring). I'd like to have this for years and years and I am doubtful this will make it even a year. HSN needs to find a better engraving company....
