I had this on my wish list for quite some time before I finally ordered it. I'm sorry I did and am returning it. There isn't any "Wow" factor. The beautiful background iolite and rhodolite over power the cross. The cross doesn't stand out enough. This would have been much, much better with just the iolite replacing the silver in the cross along with the rhodolite in the middle (request !!!)

I have several crosses that have been given to me over the years but none of them compare to this cross. I have worn it with jeans and white tee shirt and also worn it to church dressed in a nice dress. Because of the stones ( the rhodolite, and the iolite ) in this cross I was able to take a white tee shirt from casual to dressy. I have received many compliments on this cross. I rate this cross a five stars.

I really like this cross but there are some issues that keep me from giving it a 5 star rating. The iolites are a nice deep blue but not too dark and the rhodolite garnet a bright raspberry pink, both sparkle and shine. The white topaz set in the cross itself are tiny, dull, and do nothing to enhance this piece whatsoever, and are therefore, useless. If diamonds, white sapphire, or zircon was used in place of the topaz or another stone that had sparkle, it would've completed the entire cross and given it that third dimension of glitter this piece needs. The silver setting looks oxidized and lackluster, however, if the white topaz stood out against the dull setting that would've popped this piece. The size is perfect but am disappointed in half and satisfied with the other half.

I HAD THIS CROSS IN 14K, AND LOST IT. HSN PLEASE, MAKE IT IN 14K. I LOVED THE CROSS, AND GOT MANY COMPLIMENTS ON IT. I'VE ORDERED IT IN THE SILVER, BUT IT'S NOT THE SAME.

Inspired by designs of the Etruscan era, this Orvieto Silver Iolite and Rhodolite Sterling Silver "Cross" Pendant is a beautiful way to express your faith. A square pink rhodolite stone is bezel-set at the center of a cross-shaped sterling silver pendant. Triangular blue iolite stones are prong-set in each corner of the cross, while round bezel-set white topaz accents add a touch of diamond-like sparkle.
