THIS ONE IS JUST WHAT I WANTED IN EVERY WAY BUT FOR THE FACT IT IS RATHER HEAVY. IT HAS THE RICH LOOK WE WOULD THINK OF IN THE WORLD OF THOSE WHO COULD AFFORD THE BEST OF THE BEST. IT IS GOING TO BE CHERISHED FOR YEARS TO COME.

I ordered the purple panther from Noir when they were offering the Patricia Field line. I LOVED the necklace then, the purple panther STILL looks FABULOUS... However, the chain it was on got super dull, and I mean fast! Even in a Coleen Lopez jewelry box! I worry about this even thicker goldtone chain!!! The purple panther w/ red eyes I could remove and put on a thick 14K chain of my own. So that's a done deal, with an ugly wasted chain. These black panthers w/ green eyes, I assume will hold up equally as well; BUT they cannot be removed from the chain! I look at it as I am paying for solely the Panthers! I anticipate taking metal cutters in the future, and removing the chain! I hope not... We shall see! Unfortunately, I don't have a 14K chain this thick, nor can I afford one at this time!

I already have the matching ring, which I love. I was on wait list for the necklace. It finally arrived yesterday and when I open the box, "WOW". It is a statement piece! I love it! The workmanship is top rated to detail. The enamel work is perfect, I wish a matching pair of earrings and bracelet could be made to continue this line.

Just received mine yesterday and WOW-ZA! This will definitely take a plain, white button-down shirt, black slacks and black leather blazer to a whole new level! Can be dressed up or down. Just the right amount of weight to keep the necklace in place. Got the matching ring, too...PURRRFECT!!!!
