I was so impressed when I took the pendant out of the bag. I immediately put it on. It turned so the back side was showing. I took it off and turned it around. No luck. I worked with the chain making sure it was laying flat. No luck. So disappointing because the front of the pendant is beautiful. I sent it back!!

The most frustrating jewelry product I have ever ordered. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering from TV; there IS a design flaw in the chain, & pendant does prefer to be backside-forward. Wore it shopping at jewelry counter of local store, and mentioned to saleswoman my frustration. Just the motion of walking makes it flip backward! She laughed & said I should just glue it to front of my shirt! But I think sending it back is the answer. Too bad I'm out shipping fee, coming and going.

I bought w/ high hopes. Decent size stone and the necklace could pass for real gold. However, the problem came when I tried it on. Like the first reviewer I found that the stone does not lay flat. The trouble is: 1-the drop part should be connected by a solid piece instead of just having the drop chain attached to necklace.2- the piece stone set in -the top part that connects to the chain- is crooked etc. Better quality control is needed. Real disappointment. Returned item. Hope they fix issues.

OK it's hard to rate this. The stone is GORGEOUS! The chain is pretty also. IT is an all around gorgeous neclace. I give it 5 stars for it's attractiveness. HOWEVER, BEWARE that it has a hard time sitting on your neck. The pendent turns backwards and sideways while your wearing it. You will need to adjust it regularly because it doesn't face forward. I may just keep it because it is so pretty, plus I got it on clearance. Not worth full price, clearance price? Yeah if it would sit straight.
