I just got my ring and was disappointed that the stone looks like clear quartz rather than pink quartz. The filigree is very pretty but I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews.

although i love rose quartz as well as the openwork design, i feel that this needed more texture and depth. either a cloudier stone or some roping/brushed silver would have helped. the flat polished metal was a bit harsh next to my skin with such a pale, clear stone. i think it would look pretty as is on a teen/early twenties girl or maybe someone with deeper skin.nicky, i love the design but would have preferred more intricacy and softness, volume to the metal.

This was one of the first rings that I had purchased in a very long time, not being an avid ring wearer. However, when I got this ring I loved it! Great appearance and fit, but the gem broke (while I was only walking) and fell from the setting. This was after wearing it less than a week. Luckily I found the gem and sent the ring back--once again I am ringless! Will replace this with something else ( maybe not N. Butler again)

The ring itself is really very pretty...the open work around the stone is lovely. The quartz, however is very, very pale and had no color saturation whatsoever. Sadly...I returned it...but if the stone came in a deeper pink, I'd snap it up in a heartbeat!

It's a shame. I love the design of the ring, but the rose quartz is so light that the color is barely visible. I returned the ring.
