I found that the faceting of the moonstone detracted from it usually dreamy look and I will never purchase a faceted moonstone again. Moreover, in my ring, the faceting was just covering a less than perfect stone. I don''t quite understand the customer pick ratings on a ring that was not up to nicky butler''s usual standards. I sent it back.

STONE GOOD....SETTING NO SO MUCH

The ring is gorgeous, but I am used to your finishing the inside of the ring with a silver smooth finish. This hollow finish is quite uncomfortable. The edges cut into my finger. I''m willing to pay an extra few dollars for a comfort fit. Looked at my other Nicky Butler rings and the interiors are smoothly finished all around. Hoping your future designs bring your previous attention to detail back to us. It is with regret that I return the ring.

This is my first Nicky Butler ring and I love it. The stone is fantastic and the color is amazing. It seems to glow in the dark. It has a few small inclusions in the stone, but it is a natural stone. The few inclusions add to the overall beauty. I am very pleased with the quality of the stone and the ring. The size of the ring is perfect and it looks like art.

Thanks Nicky for including sizes 11 & 12 for the male viewers out in TV Land! Setting is substantial and shank is thick. No internal black inclusions in my moonstone, but it is fairly cloudy. It doesn''t really detract from the great spacey blue hues that the stone casts as it changes direction of being viewed. Seems like a pretty good value for the money-especially for an unusual faceted stone such as this. Again, great men''s ring!
