About Nicky Butler sterling silver jewelry... Jewelry designer Nicky Butler delivers creative sterling silver and gemstone jewelry with a global flair. His unique designs have a decidedly multi-cultural feel, as if each were a one-of-a-kind creation, plucked from the collection of an obscure artisan in some mysterious, faraway marketplace. These gallery-worthy designs combine multiple gemstones with antique-style settings and other unique finishes, for a look you won’t find anywhere else. Collect them all!
About stabilized turquoise... Moisture, skin oils and environmental factors can change the color of turquoise jewelry if left untreated. But stabilizing turquoise helps preserve the stone's normal color. Natural, mined turquoise nuggets are heated at a very low temperature for about a week, slowly drawing out moisture without damaging the texture. The stones are then placed into acrylic or polymer chemicals to replace water molecules. This stabilizes the stone and keeps its beauty and value intact.

What a beautifull pink / Linda, NJ6/21/2008 The pink chalcedony is really gorgeous on this piece. All the stones are clear and have very rich depth of color. The piece really puts you in the mood for Spring and Summer. The bale of the enhancer is very well made. The compliments will keep coming to you just like they have to me. This is a smaller Nicky pendant with a really big wearing presence.
Greal Looking Pendant / Flower6, CA5/4/2008 This is my first Nicky Butler pendant. I purchased it in the Pink and I really like it. It is true the pendant is of substantial weight as is most of Nicky Butler''s pieces. I am happy with the purchase because it looks classy and the stones are real. I think it is a great buy. I like the fact you can put it on different chains because the bale is wide.
Pretty, but ... / , TX4/25/2008 This is my first Nicky Butler purchase, plus my first piece of real turquoise. This is pretty, but the chain does not work with the pendant. The chain is cheap looking, lightweight. The bale is big, makes the pendant hang awkwardly, face downward. I want a total package, not something I have to piece together, especially at this price. It is pretty. If you have a silver collection I''m sure this will work with something you already have, but for us beginners it''s not a good starting point.
