The first time I wore this beautiful cross the stone at the very bottom fell out. I didn't notice until I wore it the second time. This is unusual for Nicky Butler. I contacted HSN customer service asking if Nicky Butler has a repair service like Heidi Daus but I never got a response. I guess I'm out of luck.
