I ordered this ring on 9-21-2009. It is a lovely ring and I was thrilled with it. Today--after having worn it 3-4 times--one of the amethysts is gone. I called HSN and the 1-31-2010 return policy for Christmas purchases began 10-1-09 or 7 days before I ordered it. Beware Nicky Butler enthusiasts--these stones fall out fairly easily (this is the second occurance for me). Final word--buyer beware.

THIS RING IS SO BEAUTIFUL. THE MOONSTONES ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL I HAVE SEEN, AND I OWN A LOT OF MR. BUTLER'S RINGS. THE EMERALD IS LOVELY. BUT THE MOONSTONES GET THE ATTENTION .
