First of all, let me just say that I think Nicky Butler is a very talented, gifted jewelry designer. I have a few other pieces and I am extremely pleased. This necklace, however, just didn't do it for me. I feel like I could go to my local department store and get something very similar for a lot less. In fact, I think I've seen this design somewhere else. It's pretty but not worth almost $200.00. I would rather send it back and pick up a different Nicky Butler piece.

Arrived with 5stones missing but did find one in box so let's call it 4 missing. I'm all for hyping hand made but maybe they need a sodier gun or good old fashion elmers glue. This has happened so many times that I don't think anyone chks what they are sending out??this had to be a return. Then a braclete I had about a yr , I put on and while dinning out my husband said what happened to your braclet? I look dwn and the 2-3 " center stone is gone. Just like this customer who will never watch or look at your site again. Good job HSN on the quality control I want GOOD VALUE for my money!!

Necklace is beautiful. But too expensive for what customers are getting. I realize products & labor is constantly going up. I find your costs are rising exorbantly with most of your products. And I love you & and your jewelry.
