Gold-color inclusions streak through a rectangular cut of Brazilian rutilated quartz (approx. 8x21mm)  that's semi bezel-set over an open gallery. Round Indian white sapphires (approx. 3 to 4mm) light prong settings on the top of a filigree lance that appears to pass through the quartz.
