I PURCHASED THIS IN MAY AND DID NOT HAVE THE OCCASION TO WEAR IT UNTIL JULY I WORE IT ONCE AND THE STRING BROKE AND FELL APART I CONTACTED HSN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD TOO BAD I DIDNT PURCHASE EXTENDED WARRANTY OR ADDED PROTECTION BAD POLICY FOR HSN I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED I HAVE PURCHASED ALOT OF LOU LOU FROM HSGS AND THIS IS NOT THE WSAY TO HANDLE GOOD CUSTOMERS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP COULDNT HAVE CARED LESS

Beautiful necklace

Very substantial piece and it does go with everything. I wore it for the first time the other day and had several compliments on it. My first purchase from Loulou, and I am so happy I took the plunge!

The picture does not do this necklace any justice. It''s simply gorgeous in person and the neutral colors are extremely flattering and will light up any complexion. You can wrap it around your neck as you wish. I love it. My 25 year old daughter thinks it''s beautiful too.

I''m glad I got this necklace. The color is great, if somewhat hard to determine, almost silver and almost gold. The necklace can be worn doubled or tripled and used with anything. I have known about LouLou de la Falaise for many years and I think it is fantastic that we now can buy her designs through HSN.
