I think the weight on this necklace is just right. It isn't heavy on the neck. It stays where I put it and doesn't turn or twist. It sparkles and shines when I wear it. For the money I think it is well worth the price.

I have gotten alot of compliments on this necklace. Because it is shorter than what I normally wear, I am actually very glad it is so light and I can wear it all day without aggravation.

GOT THE BRACELET FIRST AND YES IT IS ON THE LIGHTWEIGHT SIDE HOWEVER IT'S SHINY AND NICELY CUT,,,,THEN SAW THE NECKLACE AT THIS PRICE YOU CAN'T GO WRONG..,.GOT IT AND I AM PLEASED WITH IT!! I LIKE THE EXTENSION, VERY SPARKLY,,,,FOR OTHER VIEWERS IF YOU READ THE BEGINNING OF THE PAGE IT CLEARLY STATES THAT THIS NECKLACE MAY NOT LAY FLAT!!
