Sure all of Joan's pieces are beautiful but they have arrived at my doorstep broken or appearing as if they have just been through the war. I was even thinking i might not buy her pieces anymore until something has been done with the packaging but Joan you have redeemed yourself with this one. This is even better than the colorful candy.

The necklace looked beautiful on T.V., however; when I opened the box, I had pearls everywhere. I agree, this didn't happen in shipping. I sent it back.

I love the brilliant sparkle of the eggs. Pave work is excellent. Necklace is a bit tightly strung but should loosen up with wear. Luckily my necklace was not broken but I have received broken necklaces in the past. When that happens, HSN does not get the benefit of my reordering. Please get it right the first time for all your customers.

What a disappointment. Received the necklace only to find that the strand was broken. Pearls were scattered around the box. Quality control is very poor. This did not happen during shipping. This necklace was shipped out broken. You need to pay better attention when shipping out items.
