Thank you, Jay, for bringing us the subtle beauty of Pietersite! I have some of the luscious African blue and have avoided the Chinese red-gold, but this soft blend of browns and blues with a hint of opal is perfect in this deceptively simple strand of varied sizes and shapes. This strand will see a lot of wear on its own and with other stones. I am very happy with this necklace.

I loved the size and shape of the beads. Exactly as I expected. Easy to double, even triple. Wearing with black really brings out the golden tones and makes it sparkle.

I loved the tones of the gem stones, beautiful grays and brown, but they were small and did not show up well. I would have rather seen a shorter piece with larger stones to really see their beauty.
