I had seen this ring for months and first saw it on the air. When it finally went down to a clearance price I decided to take the plunge and buy it. However, it was not at all what I expected. I did not know it had the southwestern style silver design or that the silver that surrounds most of the top of the ring would be uneven. Yes, it doesn't appear to be even and centered. The stone is interesting and very smooth but I am not overly impressed with the ring. I have several Jay King items and this is the only one so far that is going back. Sorry Jay!

I think this ring is really neat and different. It kind of reminds me of the old west. I ordered a size up and it fits perfect. This is my first Jay King peice!

This is a great ring. The 'stripes' are beautiful, the silver work substantial, and mine is true to size. I find that I am putting it on with anything that I am wearing in earth tones and it goes so well with jungle prints and pairs nicely with turquoise jewelry too. .
It's really quite different and pretty on the hand - a nice size. I love it .

i rec'd this ring not too impress I wear a size 5 and my fingers are thin and I could not get the ring over my knuckles. Runs very small. The sterling silver style on the ring it self was nice, but the stone was dull and totally flat. Too overprice for what you get. Off it goes. Very disappointed, I have two of Jay rings and they are beautiful.

Rich bands of color grace this Jay King Okapi Sterling Silver Round Ring. A round Okapi cabochon (approx. 19x19mm) is bezel-set in sterling silver, accented by a rope-textured edge. The stone resembles the color patterns found on an animal called Okapi, which bears striped markings reminiscent of the zebra, but is most closely related to the giraffe.
