I too received my damaged. Send it back and the replacement came in with the stone out of the pendant. I decided to keep it and pushed the stone back into the pendant. So far, it has stayed in place but I fear it might come out anytime I wear. It's a very beautiful necklace and I get millions of complimetns when I wear it. Definitely, the quality of work needs to be improve.

Arrived with stone out of pendant, necklace broken, beads all over. Sent back, reordered. Arrived in exact same condition. I believe the same one was re-sent. where is quality control? You have had many comments on this neckalce being broken when arriving, why has someone not checked this out. Now I have paid for shipping back TWICE.

I, too, had a problem with the stone being out of the setting on arrival. But the jasper itself is simply gorgeous. The patterns and colors are the best I've seen; isn't nature amazing? If it had arrived in perfect condition, I would have gladly rated it 5 stars!

When I received my necklace the stone was out and chipped. What kind of glue was used? I returned it and had the same problem with the replacement. The packaging was in good condition, so it must have fallen out before it was shipped. I am sooooooooooo disappointed!!!

Yep -- I received this with the stone out of its silver frame. There was what seemed like a little dried glue around the rim of the silver frame. Bad job!
