I sent this necklace back because it ended up being a little more standard than expected. I thought -- from the photos -- that the stones were going to be many different shapes and asymmetrically placed, and that the necklace was going to be longer. If that had been the case, this necklace would have been a knockout Bohemian/Moroccan-style necklace with just the right material to pull it off! Please try this style again -- but longer and asymmetrical -- with a similar earthy stone.

Color was more appealing on air. When the piece arrived, I was not quite please with the 1 darker stone. The whole necklace matched but for that 1 stone. Also, it seemed longer on air than in real life. Oh well, nice try.....

Very Interesting Necklace... Tillie123, MD Rating 4/18/2012
While the color of ths stones isn't the best for me, I really love how unusual the carved beads are. The copper accent beads compliment the stones and design well. Jay, I'd love to see you do this in some jaspers or any of the other stones of unusual color. The matching earrings go very well with the necklace, although they are a bit on the heavy side. But, I'm keeping both as they are so different.

This is a beautiful necklace - that is why I gave it 3 stars. However, the color of the stones is quite a bit darker than I expected. I have been looking for a necklace like this but in a much lighter shade. I ordered it based on the color of the sample pictured on line. I forgot that Mother Nature has the final say. I really hate to return it.
