I ordered this necklace and the one I received was in great condition but the stone in the pendant was almost all black. So I decided to send it back and requested an exchange. Instead of receiving a replacement, my money was refunded. Ummm, am I missing something? Why wasn''t I sent another necklace instead of receiving a refund? This isn''t the first time this has happened. Don''t see the point of an exchange option if an exchange isn''t going to happen. HSN WHAT''S UP??

This is a really neat necklace. The irridescent black/gray stone size is large, you can really see the Tiger''s Eye properties and the silver presence is great. The obsidian beads have very similar properties so they are a great fit. The Blue Tiger''s Eye is more rare than regular Tiger''s Eye. I expected to send it back but think it will look great with a LOT of things.

the stone was completely dark and lacked luster. The beaded necklace didn''t look up to standard. My matching earrings were the same solid dark stone. I don''t know how anyone could tell this was supposed to be tiger''s eye. Not worth the money. Very poor quality control. Jay needs to take better care.
