I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THIS PENDANT! THE GREEN JADE IS A DEEPER AND BRIGHTER COLOR RATHER THAN A LIGHTER, PASTEL SHADE. I HAVE GREEN JADE JEWELRY IN A VARIETY OF SHADES AND METALS BUT I TEND TO FAVOR THE DEEPER AND BRIGHTER SHADES WITH YELLOW GOLD ACCENTS. I LOVE EVERYTHING ASIAN SO THIS BUDDHA IS PERFECT FOR ME. I HAVE A GOLD SNAKE CHAIN THAT IT LOOKS FABULOUS ON. HSN HAS THE BEST JADE JEWELRY! KEEP IT COMING!

Came with scratches!

Got this today and am returning it tomorrow; arrived damaged or as if someone wore it and returned it. Poor color in the one I got in green, might try the lavender if it is shiny not dull like this green one I got. Haven''t had to send anything back in awhile, but this was a real disappointment. I agree that the detail of this pendant was great, but I also agree that the Red color was more of a brick/brown red - not a true red jade which I had purchased hoping to match with my other red jade pieces. I will keep this, though, because the quality is still great.

Overseas, I saw many laughing buddha pendants, but few faces that looked like this one, which appears to have more of a "Thai" look than a Chinese one. I love the weight & size, and the carved detail is great, esp. for the price. Color was the hard decision. I chose red, which is more of a brick/brown than a true red. Would like a dark hunter green or an olive, even a black. Red was definitely the most interesting of the colors offered.

I''m impressed with the amount of detail that was carved into this piece. I''ve been looking for a jade Buddha pendant for awhile, and I bought this because of the unique design and the price. Be advised that the bail can only accommodate a thin chain. I think that this is going to be my favorite jade pendant.
