The reviews on this cameo almost scared me away from purchasing it, but I am glad I did not listen, as mine is very pretty! Her face is so delicate looking, which I love. I have many of Amadeo's cameos, but this is my first triple-carved, and it will not be my last. Cameos are one of a kind, and being triple- carved makes this one even more unique.

I enjoyed the video explaining the process of how the "triple carving" is done from the inside of the shell. While this was big and bold, the design lacked intricacy that is what one expects in cameos. The one I received was really near colorless, except for the hair, making it lack eye appeal. The silver framing was nice on this ring, which is why I bumped it to 2 stars. The 20mm triple-carved has ALL OVER this cameo. MUCH more elegant, traditional, and impressive carving.
