Just received and it is amazing. This is a work of art and will be passed down to my daughters. I have quite a few of Amedeo's cameo's and was surprised that it was in just an ordinary box and not his usual red hard box. For the price of this cameo, it should have been packaged better. I think it has been signed but is very hard to read. Like the last review, it looks like the cameo has been glued into the green agate frame and hope I do not have any problems with it.

After seeing and ordering this, I read some reviews from this line, I'm sure all those that wrote these cameos were over priced have never been to Italy. I had a pink cameo I purchased in Italy 40yrs ago and lost, 3 yrs ago I was in Italy looking for another pink cameo, I couldn't afford pink but bought a dime sized cameo in 14kt for over $100. This peice is magnificant, I would prefer a bit more to stablize the cameo in the back and shame on HSN for sending this and the ring only in their own box and sending in a bag, my ring had a stress crack. I can not say how beautiful this is and having been to Italy many times I do know this was a deal. The color, carving and setting are so unique.
