This is a great item for the price. This is my first M&M Silver Cameo, all my other are in gold. It is a great buy, really cute with my silver heart earrings that I have. Nice carving for a smaller size.

The cameo is a lovely piece, however I thought it was a little skimpy. The silver was VERY thin and the cameo(although beautiful) was also VERY tiny. Sorry Amadeo, this one needs some reworking.

I purchased this piece as it reminded me of the brooches my mother had when I was a child. The carving is very delicate and hard to believe someone has that much talent to do something so small. The surrounding heart in silver is perfect.

Very pretty for the price. The cameo is small in size, but the silver heart does show it off nicely. I also bought the collar to wear it on, and it really shows off nicely. I found it to be a good deal. I really looks elegant with my little black dress.
