I love these necklaces. They are the "workhorses" of a jewelry collection. They look great alone or in multiples or of course with pendants. Please please bring in more colors (I would love to see a red or carnelian color)

I HAVE ORDERED MANY OF THESE NECKLACES IN ALMOST EVERY COLOR.
SOME COLORS DUPLICATED. I USE
THEM WITH MY LARGE PENDANTS
MATCHING SOME OF THE COLORS. THEY
ARE WELL WORTH THE PRICE CONSIDER-
ING THEY ARE HAND MADE. TO COMMENT
ON THE PREVIOUS REVIEWER, I HAVE
SHOPPED WITH HSN FOR OVER 22 YEARS
AND 'NEVER' HAD A PROBLEM WITH
CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had ordered a potay and was placed on wait list. I emailed HSN to please cancel my order, as the potay was to be a gift.

Imagine my surprise when it arrived today, weeks later, and well after I had already bought and gifted a different item.

I explained the situation to HSN customer service, and was told if I want a refund- we are talking less than $10 plus the over priced S and H of $5.99- I have to return the necklace. I explained that I am disabled, cannot drive, my leg is in an immobilizer.

My bad luck, I guess. Why does ShopNBC have such better customer service? HSN would prefer to lose a customer than a few bucks.

I cancelled two more expensive items I bought today in response to HSN's nonesense.
