UNBELEIVABLE!... Fearless100, TX Rating 4/14/2012
This ring is BEAUTIFUL! Being a fairly new customer at HSN, jUST happened on a Heidi Daus presentation. This is my first purchase from this collection and WOW! Heidi is a joy is watch and her jewerly is excellent. Needless to say I will be back for other pieces!!!

This is a nice bold piece but I had to return it as there was a chip in the corner of the large stone. It was the second piece I had to return and got them at the same time. Both had a problem. One they sent the wrong size or the sizing is wrong in inventory - and this had a chip. It is disheartening to have to return an item and then not trust getting another one so I don't reorder it because I worry it will happen again or that the quality is not there. But the piece is nice.

LOVE this ring..it looked bigger online and on the air..I was a bit concerned over that.. but turned out to be PERFECT size for me.. also purchased the earrings and necklace..great everyday set for me.. at great event pricing! Thanks Heidi!

2nd time hsn sent the wrong color in the same ring. When hsn makes a mistake they dont do anything for you to make up for their mistake, not very good customer service.
