The only way she can improve the product is to make her customer service personnel more customer friendly. I couldn''t get through tp get some of the crystals that fall out of previous watches so I can pay to have the repairs done.

The amber stone in mine is really nice; I would love to have this watch with other colored center stones. This watch is great from casual to dressy. I love Heidi''s jewelry, and I am a true Heidi addict.
