I purchased this charm bracelet in the hopes of collecting the charms on the holidays but there have been no other charms presented for this bracelet. I have tried contacting Colleen Lopez via facebook and Miss Heidi Daus via Face book and her own webpage and i have received no responses back as to when the charms are coming. I wanted to give this a better rating but due to lack of communication on sellers part it got what it got, if i could find my receipt i would send this bracelet back.

Beautiful Charm Bracelet... Maureen44896, WI Rating 3/5/2012
I thought the purpose of a charm bracelet was to have several charms on it...as the other reviews go, the autoship was not included on my order. So here I sit with a beautiful one charm bracelet. Very dissappointed about the miscommunication. But I will not fault Heidi for HSN's error.
