While this ring has nice silverwork around the bezel holding in the supposed pyrite stone, this ring was a total disappointment - especially at this price. The silverwork is nice, but extremely lightweight and the stone I received looked like it had oil spilled on it or something and looked nothing at all like the pyrite that I own. So, I'm giving this ring just one star because I think it is so overpriced. But at $40 or so it might rate a four or five star.

I spotted this ring on HSN online and thought it absolutely gorgeous. It looked unique, sophisticated and expensive. It's price was within the range I would pay for a ring of this quality. YET, the real thing was quite a disappointment! It looked cheap and unattractive, and faaaaaar too expensive for the actual quality. I didn't even try it on my finger -- it went right back into the box and back to HSN!

When I opened this, I thought someone had made a mistake and sent me a carnival toy instead. There is absolutely NO rainbow quality to the stone, and the setting feels and looks cheap. Back it goes.
