This pendant is crafted with round natural green jade (approx. 36mm) intricately carved with detailed bamboo trees. A panda, fashioned from mother-of-pearl and onyx, peeks out from behind the trees. Even the back of the pendant is carved with the bamboo trees. A polished 14K gold bail is at the top. Other details include:

I had had my eye on this piece for a long time, but had not managed to get it before it sold out. This time I planned ahead!! After reading all of the reviews, I was expecting a HUGE piece, but the size is just perfect - as is the craftsmanship of the bear, the carving of the jade on front and back, and the beautiful natural green of the jade. The bail seems secure, but I suppose only time will tell. It''s a keeper, and a "must-buy" for anyone who truly loves jade.

I purchased this pendant to go with my storybook knit panda bear sweater and it matches perfectly! It is quite substantial and unique. I would buy it again! Definitly worth the price for the product! I''ve seen similar for much higher the price. It''s a keeper!

I gave this to my 12 year old daughter for her birthday. It is absolute perfection from the superior craftsmanship to the cute-ness factor. It''s a great size, not too big as to be uncomfortable, but big enough to really be seen and admired. She wears hers every day on a glitter chain and it has given her immense enjoyment. I''m thinking of getting one for myself. Highly recommended.
