Its oval agate cameo (approx. 40x30mm) bears the carved profile of a woman protecting a small child in her embrace. Groups of prong-set, round Mozambique garnets  (approx. 3 to 4mm) alternate with lines of rhodium-accented, pavé-set, round diamond accents on the cameo's frame.

Note: These diamonds are graded at HI color (color slightly distinguishable to the trained eye) and I2 clarity (inclusions can be seen under magnification and, in some cases, to the human eye).
