Find one in Gem Designs by Palermo's Swiss Blue Topaz and Gemstone 14K Calla Lily Ring.  Black rhodium-accented, Thai, blue sapphires (approx. 1.3 to 1.7mm) wrap around an East/West-oriented, prong-set, marquise-cut, Brazilian, Swiss blue topaz (approx. 13.5x6.5mm). V-shaped metalwork extends from one shoulder, helping set the center stone, while round, Brazilian, white sapphires (approx. 1.3 to 1.6mm) are pavé-set on a bypass-style "stem" that extends below the bloom.
